1. Who we are
Exodus Executive Hire ("we", "us") is a chauffeur and private hire company based in Scotland, providing crew transportation, corporate transport, airport transfers and touring services across the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and process it in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 2. The information we collect
We collect information you provide when making an enquiry or booking: your name, company, contact details, pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger details and any special requirements. For contract clients we also hold scheduling information such as rosters and report times supplied by your organisation. We collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use this website.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and manage transport services, respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, meet our duty-of-care and safety obligations, invoice for services, and improve our website. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations (including licensing and insurance requirements).
4. Sharing your information
We share journey details with the chauffeur assigned to your booking and, where necessary, with vetted transport partners who help fulfil it. We may share data with our professional advisers, insurers and IT service providers, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Booking and invoicing records are kept for six years to meet accounting and legal requirements. Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is deleted within twelve months. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encrypted storage and staff confidentiality obligations. Our chauffeurs are DBS-checked and bound by strict privacy protocols.
7. Your rights
